The Whole-Shop Licensing Membership allows fabric shops, craft-supply shops and wallpaper shops to sell Cate & Rainn® designs on their products. Crediting Cate & Rainn as the designer is required. This is a recurring, monthly subscription membership. Active membership covers all artwork purchases made on our website or through our Etsy shop and allows for unlimited sales using our prints as long as you are an active member.
In order to carry files purchased/licensed after March, 2023 in your fabric, craft-supply or wallpaper/wrapping paper shop, one of the following is required:
Membership also acts as an extended license for files licensed prior to March, 2023.
PLEASE NOTE: If for any reason, you need to cancel your membership, Cate & Rainn files acquired prior to March, 2023 revert back to original licensing terms and files acquired after March, 2023 require additional licensing or contracted partnership to continue selling on fabric, craft-supplies or wallpaper/wrapping paper.
The name of your business and business type is required. Please provide this information in the notes box at checkout.

- May be used for personal use and by small businesses with less than $100,000 USD in gross annual revenue.
- Art file may be used to create a physical end-product for sale - up to 500 sales.
- Art must not be claimed as own or the digital file shared or resold.
- Fabric, wallpaper or craft-supply shops require a corresponding fabric, wallpaper or craft-supply license for each design.
- Businesses exceeding $100,000 USD in gross annual revenue, selling wholesale and/or selling over 500 products, must purchase an extended license.
- Each design and design element is created by and is the property of Cate & Rainn® LLC. Copyright by Cate & Rainn® LLC All Rights Reserved.
- May NOT be used commercially in digital products of any kind.
- Art must not be altered in ANY WAY. The file is a completed work and NO editing is permitted. This includes but is not limited to color changes, removing/adding/rearranging elements or creating new artwork using any Cate & Rainn® element. NOT FOR USE AS CLIP-ART.
- May NOT be uploaded to any print-on-demand (POD) sites including but not limited to: Society6, Redbubble, Zazzle, Threadless, Teepublic, Spoonflower etc.
- May NOT be uploaded to any print fulfillment sites including but not limited to: Printful, Printify, Gooten, Gelato, Merch by Amazon etc.
